A CRM-integrated e-commerce platform for whitening and oral care,
designed to serve both dental clinics and their patients.
VivaStyle brought together 12 new whitening products and a SaaS-powered digital platform to transform how dental practices deliver care. I led strategy and execution across physical SKUs, CRM infrastructure, and user experience. The result was a scalable system that supported both clinician workflows and consumer access. Each enrolled practice received a personalized storefront with tools to manage patients, access branded content, and earn commissions through the platform.
To support both B2B and B2C users, we developed a cloud-based CRM and replicated e-commerce storefronts for each practice. I worked across UX, engineering, and commercial teams to build intuitive tools for site customization, product configuration, and patient tracking. These efforts improved onboarding, increased conversion by 20 percent, and reduced bounce rates by 15 percent. The personalized experience helped practices adopt the platform with ease and scale engagement quickly.
I launched VivaStyle from idea to execution in under one year by aligning cross-functional teams and go-to-market strategy. The platform generated 250,000 dollars in revenue within its first three months and helped increase recurring usage by 22 percent. Through A/B testing, user feedback, and agile delivery, we reduced iteration cycles and positioned VivaStyle as a digital growth engine for IVOCLAR’s whitening business.
